1. Scope and Agreement
   a. The use of services provided by JynxSlots is subject to the terms outlined in these Terms of Service (ToS).
   b. By using JynxSlots's services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Disclaimer for Countries Without Valid Gambling Licenses
a. JynxSlots assumes no liability for the use of its services in countries where no valid gambling license exists or where the use of such services is prohibited by law.
b. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the use of JynxSlots's services complies with the local laws and regulations of their country.
c. JynxSlots is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of its services in countries without a valid license.

Restrictions on Use in Certain Countries
a. Persons located in or residing in the following countries are prohibited from using JynxSlots’s services:

United States,United Kingdom,France,Germany,Spain,Italy (and any other jurisdictions not recognized under Curacao and Estonian gambling laws)
b. JynxSlots reserves the right to restrict or block access to its services for users located in these countries.

Indemnification and Liability
a. JynxSlots accepts no responsibility for legal, financial, or other consequences arising from the use of its services in restricted countries.
b. The user agrees to indemnify and hold JynxSlots harmless from any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from a breach of these ToS or applicable laws.

Changes to the Terms of Service
a. JynxSlots reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time without prior notice.
b. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the ToS for updates.
c. Continued use of the services after changes to the ToS constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Complaint Handling
a. Users may submit complaints or inquiries regarding JynxSlots’s services in writing.
b. Complaints should be sent via email to legal@jynxslots.com or by mail to JynxSlots’s registered address.
c. JynxSlots commits to reviewing complaints within 14 business days and seeking a resolution.

Legal Disclaimer
a. By using JynxSlots's services, the user accepts full responsibility for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
b. JynxSlots is not obligated to verify the legality of a user’s activities.
c. All legal disputes arising from the use of the services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nzwani (Anjouan).

Miscellaneous
a. If any provision of these ToS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a legally permissible provision that closely matches the intent of the original.
b. These ToS are governed by the laws of Nzwani (Anjouan).
